CAD Shop

The CAD Shop is the "brain" of our company. In it, we create/manipulate 3D drawings, design patterns and molds, generate NC programs for our CNC machines, and analyze finished products and create their dimensional report.
The CAD shop uses AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MasterCam software for design, 3D modeling, and NC programming.
In the CAD shop we also apply reverse technology to parts that need to be reproduced and for which there are no drawings.

CAM Shop

The CAM Shop is where our CNC machines operate and tooling is manufactured. With a variety of machine capacities, we are capable of taking on projects of all sizes.
The most common materials used in these machines are steel, aluminum, cast iron, urethane plastic and wood.

Conventional Shop

In the Conventional Shop we have our table saws, band saws, workbenches, milling machines, lathes, grinding machines, and other conventional equipment.
In this department wood is treated and finished, metals are cut and ground, and other manual procedures which are part of the manufacturing process take place.
